  1. Pick the color and style of Richardson 112 you want. Select the exact hat you want before proceeding.

  2. Select embroidery or patch. Decide whether you want your logo embroidered directly on the hat or produced as a custom patch to be sewn or heat-applied.

  3. Send your artwork. Email your finalized logo artwork to us. (Info@stitchlizard.com) We must receive print-ready artwork before we can begin production. Acceptable file types: vector formats (AI, EPS, PDF) are preferred; high-resolution PNG or TIFF with transparent background may be acceptable for embroidery-only orders. Include any color specifications (Pantone if required) and any special instructions. We will not begin work until your artwork and approval are received.

Notes

  • Production will not start without artwork approval. If artwork needs digitizing for embroidery or artwork adjustments for patches, we will contact you with proof and any additional charges before proceeding.

  • Lead times depend on order size and chosen method (embroidered vs. patch). Confirm timing when you submit your artwork.

  • If you need help preparing artwork or have questions about sizing/placement, reply to the order email and we’ll assist.
